Sometimes you need more than just a coffee shop table to hold a meeting in. A hotel lounge isn’t always going to be right for your conference either. Be it for interviews, board meetings, training days or a simple brainstorm session, we have a meeting room to meet your needs. Our professional and friendly service team will allow you to focus on your delegates while we take care of the rest.
The meeting rooms within our centre offer a boardroom or conference room with a capacity of 12 persons or rooms in a classroom setup, with a capacity of 20 persons. All meeting rooms are equipped with whiteboards, projector and screen and high-speed (fiber optic) Internet connections, both cabled and wireless.
Our location and premises will provide you with a comfortable and professional working environment and leave an excellent impression on your clients. Additionally, the two neighboring parking facilities and adjacent public transport, offer significant advantages to both you and your clients.
Our serviced office members are charged only a small surcharge for the use of our meeting rooms. For virtual office members (unless included in their package) and third party ‘non-members’, prices vary from 75 EUR for half a day (5 hours) to 35 EUR an hour. Of course we provide special offers to clients that require our meeting rooms for longer or regular periods.
